Intersection CNC cutter (Two linkage axises intersection cutter)

For the intersection cutting of pips .

2-axis -rotation axis and the tube axis along the tube axis move.can cut a variety of intersecting line in shape ,but can't cut any bevel.

Machine function

---

1. to cut the head of a number of different directions, cylindrical holes intersecting lines of different diameters, to meet with the head of the branch pipe eccentric and non-eccentric axis orthogonal axes and bias conditions.

2.can cut intersecting line ends at the branch pipe ends to meet the head of the branch pipe axis and the vertical axis intersects eccentric and non-eccentric, inclined intersection conditions.

3. can cut beveled end surface pipe ends.

4. can cut the pipe welding elbow, "Shrimp Festival" at both ends of oblique cut surface.

5. can be cut with a circular intersection in charge of branch pipes intersecting line ends.

6. can be cut in the middle of the pipe square hole, waist-shaped hole, oval hole (square hole with rounded corners and waist-shaped holes).

7. steel can be cut off.

8. can be slotted tube ends.

9. can make two-, three other pipeline joints.
